It is our care to pack the products as well as possible, however it may happen that the shipment is damaged, in which case please follow the procedure described below.
ALWAYS CHECK THE INTEGRITY OF PACKAGES IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COURIER
Check the material received for
- NEUTRAL TAPE ( We only use tape with the Aquariatech logo )
- TORN/PERFORATED CARDBOARD
- CRUSHED CORNERS/PARTS OF THE PACKAGING
- PACKAGING THAT IS WET OR SHOWS MARKS LEFT BY LIQUIDS
- IN THE CASE OF LONG PARCELS, CHECK THAT THE PARCEL DOES NOT BEND
- CHECK IF THE GOODS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED BY BANK (it is specified in the TD)
- CHECK THE NUMBER OF PACKAGES
In all these cases, BEFORE SIGNING on the coupon or terminal:
MARK THE CHECK RESERVE SPECIFYING THE DETAIL OF THE DAMAGE (not specifying quantities)
PHOTOGRAPH THE PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED AND THE WORDING ON THE COUPON/TERMINAL
ONLY AFTER THESE STEPS CAN YOU SIGN
CHECK THAT THE DRIVER CONFIRMS THE OPERATION BY CONFIRMING WITH "OK"
Should any damage occur, you must report the incident immediately by e-mail to info@aquariatech.com.
Once the necessary checks have been made, the file will be immediately processed for reimbursement or replacement of the goods.
If the courier should object to a signature with reservation, you can immediately call us at 3920167795 or in exceptional cases you can refuse the goods.
Material accepted without reservation or with reservation without a description of the damage does not permit us to open the claim.
We also remind you that the acceptance of material with specific reservation must be communicated to Aquariatech no later than 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods,
in order to handle the file with the courier immediately.
