Should the product present defects or anomalies or should it fail to meet expectations, the customer has the option of requesting by e-mail to info@aquariatech.com
a replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Returns are only accepted if the product is in the same condition as when it was received.
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of sale, providing the purchase invoice and sales receipt,
warranty terms will no longer apply.
Free warranty repair is not available for worn products. Products under warranty or sent to us for maintenance/service will be sent back with the next order.
For special consignments, the costs are borne by the recipient and are tacitly accepted.
