Ultra Slim BT is an LED aquarium lamp with five lighting modes, allowing it to be used in all types of open tanks.

• SUNNY is the basic mode, characterised by the brightest light. It is dedicated to lighting a freshwater aquarium during the day.
• DAYBREAK is a mode characterised by reduced light output, up to 50% less than SUNNY mode. It works well as the first mode used after the night.
• NIGHT is an atmospheric blue light that makes it possible to observe the night life of the aquarium.
• MARINE - a dedicated lighting mode for marine tanks, also excellent for decorative aquaria with fish from Lake Malawi and Tanganyika.
• PLANT - is a mode designed for tanks typically used with plants, stimulating their growth at every stage: from seedling to flowering. Ideal for demanding Dutch aquaria with varied vegetation.

Thanks to the Aquael BT App, for smartphones and tablets, you can control the aquarium lighting remotely. It enables the UltraSlim lamp to communicate with mobile devices using Bluetooth technology. The app allows you to remotely adjust lighting parameters such as intensity, colour temperature or lighting time to suit the individual needs of the tank. Using it, it is also possible to control several UltraSlim lamps or share access with others.

Aquael BT also allows you to create customised lighting programmes based on the needs of fish and plants. It can also be used to programme cycles that mimic natural light changes during the day, such as sunrise and sunset. The lighting is gradually extended to simulate morning and dawn, allowing fish and plants to transition smoothly from night to day. Similarly, during twilight, the light fades gradually, mimicking the natural process of sunset. Gradual and smooth light changes not only create a visually more natural atmosphere in the aquarium, but also have a beneficial effect on living organisms. Thanks to them, fish and plants can adapt to changing light conditions without stress, with positive effects on their well-being.

You can choose from three lamp size variants, with lengths of: 30, 60 and 90 cm (12.4, 23.4 and 34.4 in), or create an individual lighting module by hanging the lamps next to each other. Ultra Slim BT also has two mounting options: it can be hung above the aquarium with steel cables or fixed to the sides of the tank with an adjustable rack, equipped with transparent rails.

Depending on size, the Ultra Slim BT model has 4, 8 and 12 reflectors, each equipped with 38 state-of-the-art LEDs with a high efficiency of >130lm/W. The LEDs emit much more light than a conventional fluorescent lamp, consuming approximately 50% less electricity. A factor that further contributes to the energy efficiency, in addition to the reliability and quietness of the lamp, is the passive cooling system used. Thanks to its design, the lamp effectively dissipates excess heat and does not require additional cooling sources such as fans.

Like other Aquael products, Ultra Slim BT guarantees a high standard of safety in use. The lamp is powered by a safe operating voltage of 24 volts, which poses no danger to life or health. Ultra Slim BT remains safe even in the event of brief immersion in water, guaranteed by the IPX7 waterproof rating.
