The WINTERHOT PRO continuous pond heater is efficient in operation and energy efficient.

The heater is equipped with an intelligent thermostat that monitors changes in air temperature.

The heating element is housed in an aluminium tube fixed so that it floats on the surface of the water. The same tube also contains a small pump that consumes only 4 watts of electricity per hour.

The pump creates the water flow around the heater. If the air temperature is above -5°C, this is absolutely sufficient to keep the water surface around the device free of ice. Only when the air temperature falls below the above value does the thermostat switch on the heater module.

The water pumped around the heater heats up immediately and forms an impressive air gap that allows the pond inhabitants to exchange gases efficiently. Thanks to this solution, the heater only switches on under certain weather conditions, reducing unnecessary energy consumption. This makes it extremely economical: compared to conventional devices of this type, it consumes up to 80% less energy! Furthermore, operation can be easily monitored thanks to the diodes on the top, which are clearly visible even from a distance.
