After years of observing reef aquaria, we wanted to create a Hybrid Pro Salt formula designed to offer the benefits of both salts for our delicate reef dwellers and for modern aquarists seeking more natural, probiotic-enriched reefing methods.

After collecting a variety of water samples from naturally thriving coral reefs in Egypt, Kenya, Indonesia and Fiji, our chemists and biologists analysed the ICP results from these established reef habitats to create a set of parameters for even the most demanding corals. Unlike the ocean, an aquarium is a closed ecosystem and not all elements are consumed equally. To compensate for differences in uptake, we have increased the levels of the most commonly consumed micronutrients and trace elements such as strontium and iodine for greater stability.

What makes Hybrid Pro Salt unique?

Hybrid Pro Salt incorporates chemically pure salt produced in the laboratory from natural sea salt flakes from the cleanest waters of the North Atlantic Ocean

Proprietary blend of probiotic bacteria to reduce nitrate and phosphate levels by increasing colour intensity and growth potential often inhibited by high phosphate levels.

It has a number of micro- and macro-nutrients and is enriched with high quality amino acids and vitamins that aid in immunity and natural metabolic functions. 

This new Hybrid Pro Salt formula creates conditions almost identical to those found in natural seawater, while having the added benefit of probiotics to help maintain microbiological balance and safely lower nitrate and phosphate levels.

Si preleva un campione di acqua dell’acquario, lo si inserisce all’interno della busta e si spedisce direttamente ai Laboratori di analisi a Torino. Dopo circa 2 settimane verrà comunicato, via mail, il risultato delle analisi effettuate sul campione in modo estremamente dettagliato, comunicandovi al tempo stesso quali prodotti usare e in quale quantità per correggere il valore.
