EasyCarbo Bio is a naturally based source of liquid carbon for aquarium plants; carbon is important for plants to grow well and compete effectively against algae.
With insufficient carbon or CO2 in the aquarium, algae often have a better chance of establishing themselves.
Carbon (in the form of dissolved CO2 in water) is one of the most important nutrients for optimal plant growth; if deficient, plants are unable to assimilate nutrients and grow optimally.
As a result of this deficiency, plants stop growing and can no longer compete with algae for nutrients.

If this carbon deficiency lasts too long, the plants start to lose sugars and other nutrients that attract algae; as a result, the leaves become covered with algae.

Using ProFito and EasyCarbo Bio is the right combination; plants require more than just carbon.
