Easyphyt è un terreno di coltura sviluppato da Easy Reefs per la riproduzione del phytoplankton su piccola e media scala.
La sua formula si basa sul classico Guillard F/2 ed è adatto per la coltura, tra gli altri, di Tetraselmis, Nannochloropsis, Isochrysis e Rhodomonas.
Per la cultura delle diatomee, come il Phaeodactylum o il Chaetoceros, è altamente raccomandato l’uso di specifici terreni di coltura ricchi di silicati.
