Flipper Feeding Kit turns any Scraper model into a perfect underwater feeder to help feed all those fish that, by nature or necessity, prefer to feed on the bottom rather than on the surface.

The kit consists of an algae sheet gripper and a cylinder with lid.

To mount the kit on the Scraper, simply 'flipping' the Scraper from the scraper side so that the side with the felt pad is facing the inside of the tank; once this is done, simply attach the Feeding Kit to the pad using the Velcro strip.

The novelty introduced by the Flipper Feeding Kit is the possibility, by means of the cylinder with lid, to create a real underwater feeder in order to be able to feed even the most timid fish; to do so, simply place the cylinder on the surface of the water and immerse it without the water filling it completely; the level of immersion can of course vary according to one's needs.
Once this has been done, you can proceed to insert the food into the cylinder and then close the lid; you have now created a real air chamber delimited by the lid and the surface of the water; you can now submerge the cylinder completely and position it, sliding the Flipper over the glass, wherever you think it is most necessary. By a physical principle, the 'air chamber' will remain stable until the cylinder is completely removed from the water.
The inserted feed will, thus, be easily accessible to all those fish hiding in the amphratit or feeding on the bottom; after a certain amount of time, the impregnated feed will begin to slowly sink in, becoming accessible even to those fish that, due to their size, had not been able to enter the cylinder to reach the feed.
