Bottom-feeding fish and shrimps choose leaves as supplementary food.
- They provide those natural substances typical of the waters of the original habitats
- Promote well-being, vitality and egg laying
- They strengthen and protect mucous membranes
- They boost the body's immune defences
- They prevent the formation of mould in eggs and mycosis in fish
- They gently acidify and stabilise the pH value
Large Catappa leaves:
Add new leaves after about 4 weeks. The old leaves can be removed or left as additional food for loricarids or shrimps.
